OUR PROCESS

Free Consultation:

During your free one hour consultation we will walk through your garden space and discuss your goals, likes/dislikes and requirements for your project.

Design Contract:

You will receive a design contract detailing all the items we discussed during the consultation. As soon as we receive the signed contract and deposit, we will schedule a time to come out and measure the area that is to be designed.

Concept Plan Evolving into a Full Planting Plan:

A concept plan will be designed and presented to you to make sure we are headed in the right direction. Once the concept plan is approved by you, the design is developed into a detailed planting plan that specifies what type and quantity of plants will be installed.

Installation:

A written estimate of the installation of your design will be given to you. This is the time to decide whether your project will be done in stages or installed completely. After a deposit is received your plants will be ordered and your installation scheduled.

Final Walk-Through:

At the completion of your installation we will schedule a final walk through. At this time we will discuss watering and maintenance issues, answer any questions you have, give you your warranty policy and collect the balance of the cost of the project. From this point forward, if you have any questions concerning your garden and/or installation, we will be more than happy to discuss them with you.
